Got an IM from robley today. Wanted to know if we wanted to do a 30 sec ad for the video. I was in a great mood and said yes. I can film something short and make a tight ad or people can get me clips and we make a team ad. lemme know how we wanna do this?

Redhook...i was about to get on live last night...but i ended up passing out...in my chair...tv on...clothes on...lights on...it was one of those nights.
so for the record, VEGAS is fucking awesome, i have been tinkering with it all weekend .. I have everything good to go with the 60 fps and everything.. The only thinkg I need help with is to how to make the video TWICE THE SPEED during editing.. I learned how to do it by drgaiing the clip inward to speed it up, but that is not EXACTLY 50%... ROC how do I do that?? Maybe a video tutorial if needed perhaps?
Thx for vegas again.. Gotta get better with the text placements and effects, I cannot find the effects anywhere..
Effects are on a button on the right side of the clip in the timeline. one is pan/crop and the other is media effects.
To speed the clip up, right click, properties, speed factor = 2.000. Then on the clip, drag (without crtl) to the white arrow you'll see ontop of the clip in the timeline. that'll be exactly 200%...i'll have to do a couple of vegas tutorials so you can get the speed normalish.
Just sent AD clip for robley commercial to Gmail account along with the Robley footage in a RAR file... Please confirm that you got these and it worked (new at sendspace and making RAR files) thanks
